Quick Fixes
Start here before digging deeper.
- If the app is stuck loading, force quit it and reopen, then check for updates in the App Store.
- If cards or purchases are missing, confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
- If notifications stopped showing up, re-enable them in iOS Settings under CouplesBingo.
Multiplayer Setup
How to connect with your partner.
- Make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network, or keep Bluetooth available if your build supports it.
- One person taps Host Game to open the lobby.
- The second person taps Join Game and selects the host device.
- The host accepts the incoming connection request.
Trouble connecting?
Check that Local Network permission is still enabled for CouplesBingo in iOS Settings.

How do I win a game?
- Classic line: Mark five squares in a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
- Blackout: Fill the entire board.
- Four corners: Mark just the four corner squares.
What happens when I retire an activity?
Retiring a completed activity removes it from the future game pool so you keep
getting fresher prompts. It is filtered out, not permanently deleted.
My cards or purchase are missing. What should I do?
Confirm that you are using the same Apple ID that made the purchase, then use
the in-app Restore Purchases action if it is available in your
settings flow.
Notifications are not working anymore.
Open iOS Settings, find CouplesBingo, and make sure notifications are still
enabled. Also check Focus modes or notification summaries if alerts are delayed.
