1. Data ownership and control
- You own your data. Property, tenant, financial, maintenance, and document records remain yours.
- Local-first storage. By default, the app stores information on your device using Apple-native data storage.
- Optional sync. If you turn on iCloud sync, data is stored in your personal iCloud account rather than a Dinamik-operated backend.
- No third-party analytics dependency. The app is not built around ad-tech or broker-style data resale.
2. Information the app processes

3. Device permissions
- Face ID / Touch ID / Optic ID: Used only when you enable authentication for sensitive data.
- Contacts, Phone, and Messages: Used when you initiate outreach from the app, not to ingest your address book.
- Calendars: Optional integration for showings and maintenance scheduling.
- Photos: Used only when you attach images to rooms, items, tasks, or documents.
4. Security controls and sharing
- Biometric protection can gate access to sensitive fields.
- Masked-data settings can hide financial and tenant details until revealed.
- Data leaves the device only for iCloud sync you enable, exports you initiate, or platform-managed backups.
